Each box includes one pair of our cult-classic Madeline earrings in an exclusive limited-edition color and size developed specifically for Club Mad, unable to be purchased anywhere else. Annually, each member will receive 2 pairs of Mini Madeline’s, 1 pair of Midi Madeline’s and 1 pair of Madeline’s plus special gifts from our third party partners in each box.
In addition to exclusive Madeline styles, member’s will receive a special gift in each box plus access to styling advice from Maggie and our in-house styling team!

You will receive a tracking email once each shipment goes out so that you can easily track your package arrival. Should you have any questions please email email@example.com and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or unretrievable from your designated shipping address once delivered. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing in transit, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that you will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider as the recipient.

Club Mad subscriptions are non-refundable. We do however accept exchanges. We will accept 2 exchanges on unworn and unused Madeline earrings during an annual period (subscription term). The exchange will be for a Madeline of the same size, exchange will only be valid on inventory available at that time. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your subscription box and returned within 14 days of receiving the box. Please reach out to us at email@example.com.

Once your exchange has been approved by Mignonne Gavigan’s Customer Service team they will email you a return label. Please pop the earrings you are exchanging in the mail within 3 days of receiving your return label. As soon as our warehouse receives the earrings they will send the new pair out to you and you will receive a new tracking email for the new package on the way.
We are unable to accept cancellations of subscriptions mid-term for annual subscriptions however, you are able to cancel your auto-renewal prior to your renewal period for the next year. For additional questions and further inquiries, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
When you subscribe to an annual plan, you are billed $699 upfront for the entire length of the subscription and won’t see any more subscription charges until your renewal date. Quarterly subscriptions will be billed $195 quarterly.
