Scarf Necklaces

The piece that started it all
Before Maggie was a jewelry designer, she was an apparel designer in New York. One evening in her Soho studio, while draping a runway dress, she began taking apart a vintage gown to study its beading. A piece of fabric fell to the floor — she picked it up and wrapped it around her neck.
On her walk home to Nolita, she was stopped three times.
That moment became the scarf necklace — a piece that has lived in every collection since.
Birds of Paradise
An exploration of texture and form, featuring an incredible range of beadwork, from intricate micro beading to bold, oversized sea beads. Each piece is a true work of art; hand-beaded and embroidered by meticulous artisans.
I was ripping up a couture dress and picked up a piece of the dress to tie it around my neck. I walked down the street and had people asking where I got it! Then I started making them for friends and family.
Playa Bandana
The Playa Bandana blends soft fabric with embroidery and subtle embellishment, giving it that layered, collected feel. It can be worn so many ways, around your neck, in your hair, tied onto a bag.
