Feels Cheaper than the Price Point But Pretty

"The necklace is growing on me, but initially I was disappointed with I received it. It wasn't a cheap purchase, but it felt cheap in my hands and that makes me worry about its longevity in my collection. Only time will tell. Also, the clasp was difficult to figure out, until I looked at the pictures online to figure out the correct arrangement. That said, it is a unique piece. I wish the charms were detachable so I could personalize the necklace and more easily add new charms."

Necklace is beautiful, packaging not so great

"Received the package 1 1/2 months after being charged for it. The outside packaging was completely damaged and much to my disappointment the gift box inside the packaging was completely ruined. I addressed this with your support people, they promised to send another gift box, but I have received nothing. I do have to say that the necklace is beautiful even without your gift box."
