About the Program
what is this?
This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
All members have the opportunity to refer friends. Each time you refer a friend who signs up and makes a purchase you will receive additional points. An easy way to earn points!
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. In order to earn points for referring a friend, the friend must sign up and make a first purchase.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Select the tab called *Rewards*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
Tiers & Benefits
What are the Membership Tiers?
The membership tiers (MG Crew, MG Minimalist, MG Enthusiast, MG Extraordinaire) are based on the number of points you've earned in a given year. Once you have reached a tier, you will maintain that tier for 365 days. You can start enjoying tier benefits immediately after a tier is reached. To keep your status, you need to maintain that tier’s minimum points into the next year. To view the benefits of each tier, visit this page.
Early Access to Promotions & Sales
Enjoy 24-hour early access to all promotions and seasonal sales throughout the year, giving you the chance to shop before anyone else.
Annual Birthday Offer
Each tier member will receive % off depending on your tier. You will receive an email around your birthday with a special promo code to redeem your offer online at MignonneGavigan.com. The code will expire at the end of your birthday month. If you do not use the reward during your birthday month it will not be redeemable.
Double Day Points Shopping Days
Earn 2x the points (1 dollar = 2 points) on purchases made on Double Day Point Shopping Days. These days will be at the discretion of Mignonne Gavigan.
Surprise Personal Emails
MG Minimalist, MG Enthusiast and MG Extraordinaire members will enjoy surprise personal emails sent throughout the year to your inbox, these may include perks or other exciting news.
Early Access to New Arrivals & Re-stocked items
MG Enthusiast and MG Extraordinaire members will receive new arrivals and re-stocked items alerts before anyone else, giving you the chance to shop these styles first.
Seasonal Styling Consultation
MG Extraordinaire members will receive a personal seasonal styling consultation with one of our MG Style Team members.
MG Extraordinaire members will receive two seasonal gifts each year. One for Fall/Winter and one for Spring/Summer. Each gift will be hand selected by the Mignonne Gavigan Styling team.
Leaving the Program
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
