SHIPPING
We offer Standard Ground shipping, 2 Business Day shipping, and Express Overnight shipping. Please choose your option at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on the service you have chosen. Standard shipping orders will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. If you selected 'Express Shipping (2 Business Days)' and require your order by Friday, please place your order by Wednesday before 1pm EST. If you selected 'Overnight Shipping,' and placed your order before 1pm EST, your order will ship the same day, otherwise it will ship out the next business day.
RETURNS
We accept return requests on full-priced merchandise only within 14 days of your order’s ship
date.
Eligibility:
Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Merchandise
not in its original packaging or deemed used will be refused and returned to
sender.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Label & Shipping: If you opted out of the $8 shipping protection at checkout, you
will be prompted to purchase a return label during the return request. If you
opted into shipping protection, a prepaid label will be provided.
Timeline: You must request a return within 14 days of the ship date. Once authorized, the
return label must be scanned by a shipping carrier within 14 days of receipt of
the label. The label will expire after day 14 and the return request will be
canceled.
Processing: Once your return has been delivered, and inspected, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. An email confirmation will be sent once your refund is
issued. Refunds take 5-7 days to show on a billing statement.

for return - Gift card purchases are final sale
- We do not accept international returns

ORDER INQUIRIES
If the contents of your package were damaged during transit and you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, please issue a claim in our Portal. Please contact us right away, we must be notified of any damages upon delivery within 5 calendar days of your order being delivered.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost after they leave the Mignonne Gavigan warehouse or unretrievable from your designated shipping address once shipped unless you purchased shipping insurance. If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, please issue a claim in our Portal. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location and to select green shipping insurance during checkout.
Price Adjustment on Markdowns
We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise which was marked down within 7 days from the order date of your item. The price adjustment credit will be issued to you in the form of a Mignonne Gavigan gift card.
Price Adjustment on Promotions/Discount Codes
Price adjustments for promotional events and via discount codes are not applicable to previously placed orders. Price adjustments cannot be accommodated for orders that already have another promo code applied. We cannot replace an existing promo code with a separate offer.
Price Adjustment on Final Sale
Price adjustments cannot be accommodated for anything marked as Final Sale.

Promotional discount codes, such as our 'Welcome' codes, may not be used on discounted or sale items. Additionally, promotional discount codes may not be combined and are subject to specific terms. All discount codes are at the discretion of Mignonne Gavigan.
Loyalty discount codes have a minimum purchase requirement for redemption. The discount does not exceed 50% off. Valid on Full Price only. Loyalty FAQs can be found on our Loyalty page.
Price adjustments for promotions are not applicable to previously placed orders.

PRODUCT CARE
Mignonne Gavigan pieces celebrate hand-work and artisan craftsmanship. We stand behind the quality and unique features of each piece. Our embroidered items are handmade, not machine made, and while on a heavily beaded piece there may be a loose bead from time to time, be assured that this will not cause further unravelling of your one of a kind piece. Due to the handmade nature of our products, stones and pearls may vary slightly in shape, size and color.
For our pieces that represent a fusion of embroidery with traditional jewelry hardware, please note that our hardware is plated in 14k gold or polished real rhodium, which may darken or tarnish with normal wear. At this time, we are unable to repair discolored or tarnished items as a result of wear. To preserve your MG pieces and properly care for them, we recommend that you store in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, hairsprays, water and other chemicals. To clean, gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth to clean with care and avoid excessive polishing as it may rub off or scratch the plating.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
Joining the Mignonne Gavigan Rewards program is easy (and free)! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. First time purchasers are automatically added to our Rewards program and there is no minimum spend required to be a member.
Upon joining, you'll receive 125 points! Each purchase you make afterwards will contribute towards your point total. Just be sure you log in with your Mignonne Gavigan online account to earn points, redeem points and enjoy the benefits of being a part of our community.
You’ll earn points each time you shop on MignonneGavigan.com. You’ll earn one point for each dollar you spend after the application of any discount codes or promotions, excluding shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website Mignonne Gavigan.com. Purchases made at any other locations will not accrue points.
Higher tiers are able to earn points at a higher rate. Our Midi Tier VIP's enjoy earning 1.25 points per $1 spent and our Mega Tier VIP’s earn 1.5 points per $1 spent.
There are also activities and actions you can do that can help you earn additional points, like following us on Instagram or Pinterest, liking us on Facebook, leaving a review or signing up for our exclusive SMS club! Take a look at the "Ways to Earn Points" section for more details. Please note that points earned through actions don't apply towards your tier status. Tier status can only be earned through purchases.
You'll start out in our Micro Tier and then be able to level up to a new tier like Midi or Mega. Spend $750.00 in a year to enter the Midi Tier. Spend $1250.00 in a year to enter the Mega Tier Kindly allow 14 days for new tier status to take effect. Your tier status will last 1 year from the date you earned it on a rolling basis.
For example, if you earned Midi Tier status on 09/01/2025, you would keep that status through 08/31/2026. If you were in the Midi Tier and then earned Mega Tier status a few months later, your Mega status would be a year from the date you earned the Mega Tier. Once your tier status expires, if you are no longer eligible to remain in your current tier, you will drop down to the Micro Tier.

Once logged in, you can check your point balance in the “Rewards History” section of your account.
Once logged in, you will see your current tier status in the VIP Tiers section.
Earned points can be used in $25.00 increments. To redeem a $25.00 loyalty code, the minimum spend is $50.00. To redeem a $50.00 loyalty code, the minimum spend is $100.00 and to redeem a $75.00 loyalty code, the minimum spend is $150.00.
You can redeem your points by logging in to your account and shopping as normal. When you reach checkout, you will have the option of applying points to your order. Alternatively, you can visit your account page and use points by clicking “Redeem Now”. Next, click “redeem” beneath the reward to reveal a code that you can then copy and paste into your order at checkout. *You must copy and paste the code in order to apply the reward*. If you don’t use your Reward code right away, you can always access it later under the “Rewards History” section in your account. You must purchase at least one item in order to redeem points for a discount.
Unfortunately, our website only allows one discount code to be entered per order, therefore you will only be able to apply one reward per order.

If you earn points for a purchase that is later returned, those points will be deducted from your account. If you return an order that you purchased using redeemed points, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account to use next time.
First, make sure you're signed into your account in order to redeem your points. Second, make sure to copy your redeemed reward code into your order at checkout. Kindly note, only one discount code can be applied per order, so if you already have another promo code applied you will need to remove it in order to apply your Reward code.
