SHIPPING
International shipments are shipped via DHL Express International who provides customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are paid at checkout. ALL DHL shipments MUST include a phone number and email address, it is necessary and if not included your order will not be processed.
Standard shipping orders will ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise noted. Once your international order has shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its original ship date. International orders may experience delays caused by customs; please contact the carrier directly for any shipping inquires. These notifications can be accessed through the tracking number provided.
Please note, DHL does not deliver to P.O. boxes, which means we currently do not ship to international P.O. boxes. At this time we do not offer expedited international shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days of your purchase. If the return is initiated within 7 days of receipt of product, returns are eligible for either a full refund or store credit with a 10% bonus incentive. There is a $3 handling charge for any returns with refund. Return requests made after 7 days of purchase are only eligible for store credit for original purchase price. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Once a return has been delivered back to Mignonne Gavigan, it can take up to 10 business days (M-F) to inspect & process a return. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent once processed.Â
We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We package all our shipments with care and ask our customers do the same when they need to return goods. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging to be accepted, otherwise we will return to sender.Â
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending returns to Mignonne Gavigan. If there is a mistake on the part of Mignonne Gavigan, customer will happily be reimbursed.Â
Customers who place orders during our holiday promotional periods starting in November are able to request returns until January 5th. Please note any return orders during this window will have a longer return processing window due to holiday volume. Holiday returns requested after January 5th will be store credit only. We thank you for your patience during this time.Â
To initiate the return process, please visit our Returns Portal. Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label for domestic orders, shipping charges are deducted from the refund. International orders will receive a packing slip with instructions on how to return and are responsible for coordinating shipment back to Mignonne Gavigan.
