A dream of Mignonne Gavigan has been to support communities globally each season to drive awareness for both the craftsmanship and economic needs of varying regions. With the help of NEST, a nonprofit building a new economy connecting global craftspeople, brands, and consumers, we were able to partner with Coquette’s Armoire in Honduras. A community of skilled women brought to life these fair trade, eco-friendly exquisite and unique pieces, truly made with love.
Handmade with natural junco fiber, these were then dyed and constructed by women spread across the region, therefore each batch slightly differs. Delicately arranged layers create earrings, fans, and bowls for your fruits, jewels, or even to decorate your walls. We are so thankful for this partnership, and excited for our visions to collide.
